Office Administrator Required

We require an Administration Support Assistant to join our busy team based at our office just outside of Salisbury.

As an Administration Support Assistant you will cover a wide range of duties and will be responsible for supporting the Sales Director by providing administration support in some of the following duties.

  • Production of standard letters
  • Liasing with suppliers and customers
  • Placing and chasing orders with suppliers
  • Handling client phone calls
  • Carrying out administration duties
  • Typing using word-processing, spreadsheet and e-mail software (currently Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Ensuring all paperwork is filed promptly and that files are maintained in good order.

We will consider both a full time or part time position
